Paola Milbank
President
Paola is a member of the class of 2026 in Davenport College, studying American History and pursuing an Intensive Certificate in Education Studies. Outside of Kappa, Paola is a former president of Splash at Yale, and is involved with Yale Dems and IRIS’s after-school tutoring program. She is also a research assistant at the Yale Law School. You can find her hanging around Davenport, grabbing coffee (usually from Common Grounds), and exploring New Haven. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and binge-watching reality tv. Paola is so excited to support this wonderful group of women this year!

Emma Neville
Vice President of Finance
Emma is a member of the Class of 2027 majoring in Economics and Statistics & Data Science, with a certificate in Education Studies. Outside of Kappa, Emma is the Head of Consulting of the Yale Undergraduate Consulting Group (YUCG), and participates in Yale Model United Nations (YMUN) as a committee chair and YMUN Europe as a Director. In her free time, Emma is likely out with friends for movie and game nights or listening to musical soundtracks!

Amelia Wilkinson
Vice President of Internal Affairs
Amelia is a member of Branford College (class of 2027) majoring in Environmental Studies with a concentration in policy. She is from Oregon and enjoys hiking and exploring new places. With Kappa, Amelia is the VP of Internal Affairs, Academic Excellence Director, Ritual & History Director, and served as the chapter Delegate at the National Conference for Kappa Kappa Gamma over the summer. Outside of Kappa, Amelia is involved with the Native and Indigenous Student Association at Yale (she just retired from co-bonding coordinator and is excited to continue the role in Kappa by creating fun sisterhood events), Yale Student Environmental Coalition, and Planned Parenthood Student Advocates at Yale. In her free time, Amelia enjoys photography, ceramics, going to concerts, thrifting, and going on new adventures with friends.

Sophie Podrog
Vice President of External Affairs and Yale Panhellenic Council President
Sophie is a global affairs major in the Pauli Murray Class of 2027. Outside of Kappa, Sophie serves as the Lead Ambassador to The Women’s Network- Yale, is a member of Yale Bleeds, and has a non-profit to empower women through martial arts. In her free time, Sophie likes to explore New Haven’s restaurant scene and spend time with her friends.

Alexis Cruz
Vice President of Membership
Alexis is a sophomore from Orange County, California majoring in political science. Outside of Kappa, Alexis is a member of Yale Modern Dance Collective, on the board of Yale Danceworks, and a legislative advocacy fellow with Yale Dems. In her free time, she enjoys going to the mall or getting coffee with friends!

Stephanie Alvarado
Vice President of Public Relations
Stephanie is a sophomore from Georgia studying Economics & Computer Science. Aside from being a part of Pitches & Tones Acapella, Ballet Folklórico, and the STM undergrad council, she loves reading romance novels and crocheting in her free time. Stephanie loves being around her beautiful Kappa friends and is super excited to step into this role!

Hannah De Los Santos
Vice President of Membership Development
Hannah is a Sophomore in Saybrook College studying Political Science with a Certificate in Spanish. Being a Kappa to her is very special as she is able to join her mother in sisterhood and has found some of her best friends such as her twin and big. Outside of Kappa, Hannah is a part of the Army ROTC program where she will upon graduation enter the army as an officer. Additionally, she is very active in her Church and is on the leadership board where she helps create, run, and organize programming for undergraduate students. In her free time, she enjoys working out, coffee shops, and road trips with friends.

Esha Garg
Vice President of Standards
Esha is a junior from Houston studying Ethics, Politics, & Economics and Computer Science. Outside Kappa, Esha is the Yale Student Body Vice President, leading Yale College Council in advocating for student voices. She also loves Girl Scouting and still volunteers through Yale’s Campus Girl Scouts troop and her council in Houston. In her free time, you can find Esha laughing while grabbing a meal with her Kappa sisters, reading a book on cross-campus, or on a coffee run!

Emilee Jospey
Vice President of Operations and Philanthropy Director
Emilee is a member of Pauli Murray 2027 and is majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of Kappa, she performs with Yale Danceworks, is part of the Yale Undergraduate Aerospace Association’s Project Liquid, is involved in the Yale Society of Women Engineers, and works as a Student Accessibility Assistant. In her free time, Emilee loves laughing with friends over a meal or coffee, watching TV with her suitemates, and reading. She’s excited to make more amazing memories with her Kappa sisters!

Yoshimi Kimura
DEI Director
Yoshi is a sophomore in Morse studying Computing and the Arts (Music). Outside of Kappa, you can find her music directing musicals, singing in her acapella group Proof of the Pudding, or cooking up quesadillas in the Morse buttery! In her free time, she likes to crochet, do puzzles, and take nice long naps on her common room couch.
